Who handles your information
NovaPath is an independent project operated by Tài Đặng. It is not currently a registered company or a separate legal entity. For a privacy question, correction or deletion request, email tai.dt@novapath.asia.
What the form collects
- Your email address, so the founder can respond.
- Your name, preparation context and study goal, only if you choose to provide them.
- A record of your agreement to beta-related contact and the submission time.
We use these details to review your beta request, understand study needs and contact you about a possible invitation. They are not used to subscribe you to marketing messages, create an account or process a payment.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in a private directory on the website’s server, outside publicly served files. Access is restricted to the founder and the infrastructure needed to operate the website. This form does not send your details to an AI service. Server infrastructure may process technical connection information as part of delivering and protecting the website.
To limit repeated submissions, the server keeps a temporary hashed representation of the connection IP in memory for up to 10 minutes. The raw IP is not included in the saved beta request. This temporary counter resets when the server restarts.
Retention and your choices
Beta requests have a 90-day review period. Expired request files are removed by the server’s cleanup process. You can ask for earlier deletion, correct a detail or withdraw permission for further beta-related contact by emailing the founder. If you join the beta, any separate account data practices will be explained before onboarding.
This website does not sell your request details. Any later change in how we use them will be explained before asking for additional information or permission.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not install advertising trackers, use a marketing analytics service or set cookies for the beta request form. Ordinary hosting logs may contain connection information needed for security and server operation. The beta form stores no details in your browser’s local storage.
